Being eco-friendly is intentional

how we’re embracing sustainability 🌎

Being environmentally conscious has always been important to Julianna. We also know how important sustainability and clean products are to our customers and partners.

We’re proud of the efforts that we’re taking to be more sustainable, including our plastic-free packaging, clean-burning and non-toxic candles, and our 100% recycled or biodegradable shipping materials.

Our product materials + ingredients 🌱

We source as local as possible with a focus on sustainable, clean, premium quality materials for our hand-poured candles

100% sustainably-sourced natural soy wax

Premium quality fragrance oil blends that are phthalate-free and paraben-free (no headaches, no toxins, no black soot, no problem 🌷)

Lead-free cotton wicks

Locally sourced recyclable + reusable glass vessels

We keep sustainability, low-waste, and premium quality in mind when creating our products. Each of our candles is hand-poured in small batches for the best quality and the lowest waste - a win-win for you and the environment 🌲

Carbon-neutral packaging 📦 (we’re reaaaaally proud of this one)

We teamed up with Georgette Packaging to bring our dream of beautiful, retail-ready custom packaging to life. Our boxes are 100% compostable, recyclable, certified carbon-neutral, and fit to the exact dimensions of our vessels to minimize the amount of wasted paper.

Compostable + recyclable paperboard packaging

Certified carbon-neutral production, offsetting the carbon produced in the printing + life cycle of our packaging

You’ll see lots of tips from us about how to become more sustainable, less wasteful, and more intentional. A great place to get started is knowyourpackaging.com published by the team at Georgette.

Plastic-free and recyclable

We made it a priority to find a shipping solution that is plastic-free, recyclable, and secure enough to ship our products.

Biodegradable packing peanuts made from organic starch that dissolves in water and leaves no waste

100% recycled paper used for our printed materials + note cards

Recyclable glass jars that can be repurposed - we fully encourage using them to grow your favourite plants 🪴

For tips on how to clean out and repurpose your vessel, we’ve put together an easy-to-follow guide to inspire you (such as a pot for a plant, desk decor, drinkware, and some other creative ideas).

thanks for supporting sustainability (and our small business, too) 🌎
